If you use it correctly it does work, I like logging symptoms and it warns me how I'll feel. Most importantly have been using this method of BC for nearly 2 years with success

I've messaged 6 times for customer service to contact me to deactive my account. I can't find a number or email anywhere!!! My email on my account isn't verified and I can't login... so I have no way to cancel my subscription! Beyond annoyed ...

So far I’ve been loving the Natural Cycles method of non-hormonal birth control. I found that the app quickly calculated my personal cycle & once you get into the habit of measuring each morning it’s really a breeze.

I love not being on hormonal birth control and getting insights on what my body is doing. I will say I would not use this method without the Oura ring- I think there is too much room for user error using the thermometer. I also wouldn’t use this if I couldn’t be diligent about tracking symptoms and using protection during red days. It is perfect for someone in a monogamous relationship who has the time and energy to pay attention to these things, though.

I’ve loved my experience with Natural Cycle after years of being on pills and contraptions I was ready for a change.
The apps really easy to use, the thermometer came in its own little case and the notifications are a very helpful reminder.
I feel so much better in myself and my side effects from the pill have gone. My skins better and I know myself better as I’m tracking my cycle.

Love love love this app! Been using it for about 8 months now and it has been so helpful and accurate! Having a way to have natural birth control has been a game changer. I didn’t want to continue using hormonal birth control because of what it was doing to my body and gut and NC has given me a safer and just as accurate option!

I’ve had this awesome app for 12 months, and it’s scary accurate. I love how it gives you insights about the reproductive system and other useful tidbits of information. I recommend to everyone who doesn’t want to be on hormonal birth control.

Honestly, until you try it, you don’t realise how out of tune to your body you are. I feel like I know my self so much and understand my triggers and emotions because of this app.

I had been on the contraceptive pill for over 10 years and I never felt like I had any control over my hormones, I was extremely emotional and snappy. I experienced a lot of pain during my period. I also watched a documentary on the risks of the contraceptive pill and thought what am I doing to my body! I was reccomended natural cycles and initially felt somewhat apprehensive about it but honestly gas changed my life. I feel like I know my own body so much more and my mood swings have near enough gone, I don't get painful periods. My only issue is my skin has gone back to its old ways but I guess I'm older now and my priorities are not as vain as they used to be. If you want to feel like you know your body, reduce painful periods, feel safe knowing your own fertility times then get Natural cycles is honestly the best

Made the transition to natural ‘contraception’ so easy with little teachings along the way I feel totally confident in my decision to cut out taking oral contraception. My skin and hair have never been better also

It is impossible to cancel subscription. I have tried via website, app and by talking to their Bot. Still useless. The emails to confirm cancellation arrive around 12hrs after submission, then only valid for 10 minutes
